What’s your favorite wellness quote?

“Keep your squats low and your standards high.”

What are some of your favorite exercises?

Squats and bicep curls.

What motivates you to stay healthy?

I think being healthy has many benefits especially “mental” i.e. better mood – a healthy body for a healthy mind rings very true.

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?

Pre-Covid: volunteering, going to museums, theaters, concerts, wine tasting and traveling but post-Covid: virtual museum tours and a LOT of reading (virtual book club)

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?

Ice Cream.

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?

Getting healthier and feeling better; potentially finding a new professional challenge and traveling more for pleasure (rather than work as it’s been the case recently).

What are some songs currently on your playlist?

“Del Mar by Ozuna x Doja Cat x Sia” / “Me Gusta by Shakira” – since living in Panama, I cannot get enough reggaeton

What do you do for fun locally?

 Hiking around Northern California, kayaking and discovering what Sacramento has to offer (I haven’t been around for very long!)

Intense, Energetic and Passionate.

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life:

I am happy to have started exercising regularly again and feeling happier and better; I stopped smoking (really!) and love Inspired Wellness because of the people; the trainers’ passion, commitment and providing the right level of support to the clients make exercising fun again. You want to go and give it your all because you really feel that the people care.
