“It might sound funny, but going through the Lifestyle Transformation program we learned how to eat, drink, walk and sleep correctly! We also did the 30 day cleanse and lost more than twenty pounds combined.

Then we started working out with Sham and we lost even more. It wasn’t easy, it took time and persistence; but as Sham likes to point out, you didn’t get to your unhealthy state in one or two months, so don’t expect to reach all your fitness goals in that amount of time. But we are proof that you can see real results working with Sham.

We still do boot camp classes. They are an excellent workout and keep you accountable. The workouts are constantly changing so you rarely do the same routine. And they are scalable so that you can show improvement by increasing your weight or repetitions during exercise.

If you are unsure of what boot camp means – we like to describe it as a brief, intense workout. It is circuit training, similar to Crossfit but without the extreme weights.
