-Someone who is motivated to succeed and who is tired of being tired. Ready to make lasting change by ditching the FAD diets and programs.
-Someone who wants to achieve a supreme quality of life and learn about simple everyday tweaks that pack a BIG punch in the wellness department.
-Someone who wants to lose weight safely and effectively and learn about myofacial release (foam rolling and more), proper technique, perform customized high intensity interval workouts (scaled for your unique level) in 45 minutes or less that cater to your busy schedule.
-Someone who is optimistic and ready to embark on a positive journey of self discovery and lasting change.
-Someone who is ready to put in work in order to achieve their goals.

Here are some of the services offered to you through the program:
*Teach you to identify problem issues and roadblocks to build success.
*How sleep, nutrition, stress, digestion and exercise are correlated.
*Offer insight to health cycles such as physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects.
*Provide healthy wellness guidelines.
*Teach bio-mechanics/posture correction (walk, sit, stand, breathing)
*Perform healthy appraisal assessments (test function of 22+ bodily systems)
*Test you for pH/Alkalinity/Acidity imbalance.
*Offer you ways in which you may be able to eliminate medications.
