What’s your favorite wellness quote?

“When I’m is replaced with ‘we,’ even illness becomes wellness.” – Malcom X

What are some of your favorite exercises?

I love outdoor fitness, like hiking, biking, kayaking, and swimming!

What motivates you to stay healthy?

I’m motivated by this improving my body’s capabilities; my health goals enable me to experience to experience new things and live the active lifestyle I want. 

What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?

My job is very sedentary, so I like mixing it up with a walk or weight training in the evenings, and hiking, biking, and adventuring on the weekends.

If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?

Fettuccine Alfredo (My guilty pleasure) and a big bowl of fresh fruit!

What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
My goal now is to run a 5k without stopping, in one year to complete a 30 mile backpacking trip, and in five years to finish a half marathon.
What are some songs currently on your playlist?

 “Rockstar” – DaBaby, “Say So” – Doja Cat, and “Blinding Lights” – The Weeknd

What do you do for fun locally?

I love going for a hike in the foothills, hitting up the river, or biking through the city of trees!
