What’s your favorite wellness quote?

What are some of your favorite exercises?
Lunges, jump squats, KB push press, and skater hops.
What motivates you to stay healthy?
I have faced some compromising health issues and I wanted to do whatever it took to regain strength, stamina and so I changed by life to eating healthier and exercise at least 3 times a week to help in living an overall healthier lifestyle.
What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
I enjoy paint nights with friends and family as well as horseback riding.
If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
Sashimi, rice, and edamame.
What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
I would like to learn French now and in one year have a baby and in five years have my own business where I can utilize my nursing skills in under-served communities.

What do you do for fun locally?
I am a foodie and I love to visit different restaurants and try new foods.
