What’s your favorite wellness quote?

What are some of your favorite exercises?
KB Snatches, powerlifting.
What motivates you to stay healthy?
The idea of keeping up with my future grand-kids.
What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
In my free time when I’m not doing house projects, you’ll find me working on and/or riding my motorcycle. I also enjoy camping, backpacking, and anything outdoors.
If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
I think that it would be a seat at Noma or a bowl of ramen from Tsuta.
What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
Now: beat 1:45 for half-marathon. One year: Do at least 3 backpacking trips. Five years: Increase income so I can afford more fitness in my life!
What are some songs currently on your playlist?
Wild One – Thin Lizzy, Falling In – Goggs, Playboy – Melvin Davis, A-11 – Johnny Paycheck, The Witch – Sonics.
What do you do for fun locally?
I like to go to breweries and try new restaurants. In the summertime, I enjoy floating the American River as well as heading up to the foothills and swimming in the Yuba River.

How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
Inspired Wellness allows for me to get in a solid workout in the short amount of time I have in my busy day today. The workouts keep me level and feeling healthy.
