What are some of your favorite exercises?
Inch worms, dead lifts, kettle bell push presses, anything with the TRX, especially the alligator pull.
What motivates you to stay healthy?
Seeing results, family history of diabetes (still in the clear), reaching personal goals.
What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
I read a lot! I’m a big Stephen King fan and love to dive into a murder mystery. Other than that, I meditate, ride horses, color, or just decompress with Netflix.
If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
Biscuits and gravy! I grew up in the South so I can’t help it.
What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
Now: Move up in weight in weightlifting; 1 Year: Complete Bachelor’s Degree; 5 Years: Invest!
What are some songs currently on your playlist?
Oh man, where do I start? Tons of Bay Area rap, lots of Country, some Classical. I’m all over the board.
What do you do for fun locally?
Breweries, hiking, swimming, horseback riding, movies, whatever grabs me.
