What are some of your favorite exercises?
KB raises, ball slams, jump rope.
What motivates you to stay healthy?
Seeing the results small changes can make in my health and body, having more energy.
What do you do to stay balanced in your daily life (hobbies)?
Walks in the park, read, meditate.
If this food/meal were the last available on Earth and you were the lucky recipient, what would it be?
Watermelon.
What are three of your upcoming goals NOW, in one year and in five years?
Now – Hike Yosemite, 1 year – Be able to run comfortably, 5 years – Run a half marathon.
What are some songs currently on your playlist?
Flawless remix, Missy Elliot, anything with a good dance beat.
What do you do for fun locally?
Hike, swim, movie nights with friends.

Determined, hard working, witty.
How has Inspired Wellness impacted your life?
Changed my perspective on health and nutrition. The food cleanses have showed me that you can eat good well sourced food, the recipes are great too. Inspired Wellness taught me to have confidence in what I can do workout wise. To start on form and work on reps after.
