“My name is Judi Arel and I am a 27 year old bartender and college student. I hired Sham as my personal trainer because I was on the brink of undergoing plastic surgery after it seemed that all my exercising attempts resulted in zero changes to the appearance of my body.

I had hired personal trainers in the past and never had a positive experience with them. They never really examined my body type, what I was eating or how much I was exercising. They all gave me a generic eating plan that did not specify what to eat, only specified a calorie amount that should not be exceeded. They also would have me running miles on the treadmill and doing tons of sit ups. My only result from this was blown out knees and pains in my lower back. I was never an obese person but I always wanted a flatter, more toned stomach, more muscle definition in my legs and a stronger back.

After wasting hundreds of dollars with personal trainers that did not result in anything I was looking for I decided to undergo laser liposuction. I mentioned this to some of my friends and they insisted I should continue with working out and not take at surgical approach. I decided I would give one more trainer a try and see what happens. I found Sham’s website online and decided to post pone my surgery date until after having a consultation with him. This turned out to be one of the most rewarding decisions I have ever made! Sham paid close attention to the pieces of my body that were bothering me, to the goals that I had, to my nutrition and my home environment that were preventing me from attaining these goals. He never advised me to do anything without completely explaining why I should do it or why I should cut certain things from my diet. The best part about Sham’s plan was that it was really easy to follow. There was no counting calories or starving myself. I could eat as much food as I wanted as long as it was food that was good for my body. This made following his program relatively easy because I never had to go hungry, unlike all the other programs I had tried in the past.

The other part of Sham’s plan that made success easy was that I no longer had to spend two hours working out 5-6 days a week. Sham taught me several work outs that lasted about 30 minutes and those work outs only had to be done 4 times a week. Not spending several hours a week in the gym and still loosing weight was the best feeling I have ever had.

I highly recommend Sham to all my friends and family and anyone wanting to live a healthy, happy lifestyle because he genuinely cares about his clients. He understands that the success of his business relies on the success of his clients and he does everything he can to ensure his clients success. I enjoyed working with Sham because he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to health and fitness and because he takes a personal interest in making sure I am healthy. There is a big difference between just wanting to squeeze into a smaller size and actually being healthy. It was never a certain number on the scale that Sham was looking for, he was only interested in making sure that I felt good from the inside out and that is a valuable approach that I never found with other trainers. Working with Sham has forever changed my life in a positive direction. I now feel empowered when I’m at the grocery store or in the gym because I know exactly what I need to do to accomplish a healthy and happy life. I have completed my initial program with Sham and look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.”
